How can you make an impact on the world around you?
CreativePeople specializes in digital design and communication for domestic and international clients. We create the brand, develop all visual and semantic elements and then create the communication tools: landing pages, websites, profiles on social media, digital campaigns, offline carriers, and landing pages. We continue to develop and maintain the product together with our client after it is created. We influence the world through our innovative designs and user-friendly interfaces.
CreativePeople Real Work results in three types for us at CreativePeople. The first and most important result is that our team was able to improve their skills during the realization of a project. The second is that both our clients and their users are able to use the product we created and are satisfied with its performance. Finally, we both gained material gain and business growth from our project. What does a day look like in your life?
Our day begins late in the morning. Our employees start the day with coffee. They then check their email, make a list of priorities and create a task-list for the day. We are very specific about our schedule because we want to maximize the effectiveness and complete as many tasks as possible. We meet up for tea in the second half the day. We chat and enjoy a 15-minute break with tea. Sometimes we even bring our own cookies. Then, we get back to work and spend the rest of the day productively.Sometimes we stay in the office after the end of the working day and indulge in various activities together. This could be a lecture from one of us, or from an invited colleague in IT or design. It could be a night with hookah, light liquor, and gaming consoles. There are three: a Sega Mega Drive 2, a PlayStation 4, and a PS3.
ActiveCollab has been our key tool for managing the communication between the client and our team for over a year. It works in conjunction with email, corporate messenger, or other communication methods. ActiveCollab allows us to manage communication with our client, keep sensible information, and interact with large and distributed teams. ActiveCollab is used by both our client and internal projects. There are currently around 200 of them. It is also used to store corporate data and track the time of our specialists. ActiveCollab API allows us to synchronize financial and labor costs data with the accounting system. This allows us to evaluate the profitability of projects and monitor our current profit and loss.
